How do I order from you?
Write to us at either uncle@startingplayer.com or auntie@startingplayer.com. In your e-mail, include the following information:
- Your full name
- Shipping address
- Phone number (required by postal service provider)
- Quantity you are purchasing
We will then calculate the total cost (products + shipping costs) and e-mail it to you. After that, paypal the total to auntie@startingplayer.com. We will send you an acknowledgement e-mail and proceed to pack and send out your package.
Are my taxes and custom fees included in my international shipping cost?
No. Your package may be subject to custom duties, import VAT/GST and other related fees once it reaches your designated location. These additional charges for customs clearance are always the recipient’s responsibility; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
