At Starting Player, we strive to make our service to you the top priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase within 7 days, we will give you a refund for the item(s).
The following conditions apply for all refunds:
- You must e-mail us within 7 days (from your date of receipt) at auntie@startingplayer.com to request for an Item Return Number. Please state your order number and the reason for your refund request. You must include this number with the item(s) sent back in order to receive the refund. Any item returned without any Item Return Number will not be accepted for refund.
- As the shipping cost of the item(s) delivered is heavily subsidised by Starting Player, we may deduct the portion subsidised by us from the amount refunded, depending on the reason for the refund request. It will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Should we decide to do so, we will inform you the amount beforehand. Rest assured that it will only be based on the actual shipping cost we incurred less off the shipping amount we received from you.
- The item(s) must be in the same condition that it was delivered in.
- The item(s) must be in its original packaging, unopened, i.e. shrink-wrap intact.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Starting Player does not receive.
Defects
Every care is taken to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase at Starting Player. However, due to reasons wholly out of our control, there may still be a possibility that you end up with a defective product, such as missing components.
In such cases, please take a photo of the defective product and email the details to us at auntie@startingplayer.com. We will do our very best to rectify the defect for you. The photo will be useful to us when we talk to our manufacturer/service provider about the defect.
